微量元素铁与植物营养和人体健康的关系解析

摘要:

铁是植物生长必需的微量元素,更是人体不可缺少的微量元素。植物缺铁影响产量和品质,植物可食用部分铁含量低是动物和人类缺铁的根源,影响着人类健康。解析微量元素铁与植物营养、人体健康的关系,从人体铁营养来源的角度,提出科学合理施用铁肥、生物强化等多管齐下优化植物铁营养的思路。

Abstract:

Iron is an essential microelement for plant growth and human body. Iron deficiency affects yield and quality of agriculture products. The lack of iron in edible plants is the main reason for iron deficiency in animals and human beings, and can affect human health. The relationship between trace element iron, plant nutrition, and human health is studied. From the perspective of the source of essential iron in human, it puts forward the idea of optimizing plant iron level using bioaugmentation and by proper use of iron fertilizer.
