参照尿素中缩二脲含量的测定方法 (分光光度法),加入适量的氢氧化钠溶液,调节聚磷酸铵溶液至碱性,建立了聚磷酸铵中缩二脲含量的检验方法。该方法的相对标准偏差<1.88%,加标回收率为96.40%¹02.40%,测定结果与高效液相色谱法一致,准确度高,重现性好。

With reference to the determination method(spectrophoto metric method)of biuret content in urea,the determination method of biuret in ammonium polyphosphate is achieved,adding proper sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the p H value of ammonium polyphosphate to alkaline. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method is under 1.88%,the addition recovery rate is 96.40%-102.40%. The measure results are uniform with high performance liquid chromatography. The method is proved to be accurate and reliable,and has a good repeatability.
