在肥料生产中采用包菌工艺技术实现微生物与无机大量元素肥料的有机结合,是云南云天化红磷化工有限公司产品升级换代的重要途径。介绍含微生物菌剂磷酸二铵新型肥料生产原理、微生物的稳定性、生产工艺、工艺指标控制,以及产品的使用效果。产品各项指标达到设计要求,有效活菌数5.05×106个/g,存储12个月后产品中有效活菌数3.01×106个/g,产品质量合格,生产达到预期效果;比普通磷酸二铵处理15株向日葵增产葵花籽0.2 kg,千粒质量增加8 g。
Abstract:In the fertilizer production, adopting bacteria inclusion process technology to realize the combination of microorganism and inorganic large element fertilizer is an important way for the upgrading of the company's products. The production principle, microbial stability, production process, process index control and application effect of DAP containing microbial agent are introduced. All indexes of the product meet the design requirements, and the number of effective live bacteria is 5.05 × 106 per gram, the number of effective viable bacteria in the product after storage for 12 months is 3.01 × 106 per gram, the product quality is qualified and the production achieves the expected effect; Compared with ordinary DAP, the yield of 15 sunflower is increased by 0.2 kg and the weight of 1 000 seeds is increased by 8 g.
