摘要：
介绍利用曼海姆法生产硫酸钾的尾气(HCl气)与硫酸生产装置转化器3段引出的SO3气体在合成塔中生产氯磺酸(SO2ClOH)的生产技术、工艺流程、运行中的问题与解决措施。该技术适宜在产生HCl尾气的装置和制硫酸装置共存的企业推广应用。
Abstract：HCl tail-gas from K2SO4 manufactured by Mannheim process reacts with SO3 gas from H2SO4 facility and produces chlorosulfuric acid(SO2ClOH)in a synthesizing tower.The technology,process,problems in running and their countermeasures are presented.The technology is suitable for those enterprises with HCl tail-gas and H2SO4 facility.
