生态产业科学与磷氟工程

采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)直接测定浮选磷矿尾矿水中的磷、硫。该法具有抗干扰能力强、线性范围宽、精密度高、结果准确等特点。对入射波长、工作气体、入射功率、观测高度等分析条件进行了优选。对不同酸类及酸度、测定时间等方面做了详细实验。结果表明,该方法检出限磷酸根质量浓度为0.035μg/mL、硫酸根质量浓度为0.0285μg/mL,可以很好满足尾矿水中磷酸根、硫酸根的检测。

The contents of phosphate and sulfate in the water of phosphorite flotation tailings are directly determined by ICP-AES.The method has strong anti-interference ability,wide linear range,high precision,high accuracy and so on.The analysis conditions such as incident wavelength,working gas,incident power,observation height etc.are optimized.The detailed experiments of different acids and acidity,survey time etc.are completed.The results show that the phosphate detection limit of the method is 0.035 μg /mL,sulfate detection limit is 0.028 5 μg /mL.The detection of phosphate and sulfate in the water of flotation tailings can be very good to meet.
