研究以高浓度湿法磷酸与碳酸钙为原料,生产具有理想颗粒强度(≥15 N)和堆密度(1.13 g/cm3)的粒状饲料级磷酸二氢钙(MCP)产品的造粒工艺。重点探讨原料磷酸品质及返料温度对粒状MCP造粒工艺的影响。研究发现,磷酸中金属离子含量较高,物料黏性增加,直接影响造粒过程中物料的流动性和混合均匀性。Mg2+的络合能力虽比Al3+弱,但Mg2+与PO43-形成不溶性盐影响造粒过程中颗粒的形成及颗粒稳定性。SO42-在磷酸中可能通过离子间的相互作用影响溶液的离子强度,从而改变黏度。造粒过程中返料温度控制在50~70℃,粒状MCP颗粒更稳定。与粉状MCP相比,粒状MCP颗粒强度、溶失率、流动性更好,产品加工效率和环境兼容性更优。
Abstract:The granulation process is studied for producing granular feed grade calcium dihydrogen phosphate(MCP) with ideal particle strength (≥15 N) and bulk density(1.13 g/cm3),using high concentration wet-process phosphoric acid and calcium carbonate as raw materials. The effects of phosphoric acid quality and return material temperature on the granulation process of granular feed grade MCP are discussed. The results show that the higher content of metal ions in phosphoric acid increases the viscosity of the material,which directly affects the fluidity and uniformity of the material in the granulation process. Compared with Al3+,Mg2+ has a weak complexing ability. However,the formation of insoluble salt between Mg2+and PO43- affects the formation and stability of particles in the granulation process. In phosphoric acid,SO42-may affect the ionic strength of the solution through the interaction between ions,thus changing the viscosity. In the process of granulation,the return material temperature is controlled at 50-70 ℃,and the granular MCP particles are more stable. Compared with powdered MCP,granular MCP has better particle strength,dissolution rate and flow ability,as well as better processing efficiency and environmental compatibility.
