通过采用管道洗涤器、高效喷淋装置、除沫塔、改变尾气风机安装位置等技术措施,对原设计湿法磷酸生产尾气洗涤系统的传统流程进行技术改造,达到了延长系统生产周期、降低清理频次和劳动强度、提高氟收率、尾气达标排放、改善操作环境的目的。

Some technical measures are adopted,such as using the pipe scrubber,high efficiency sprinkler device and defoaming tower,changing the installing position of tail gas fan etc.The traditional procedure of tail gas washing system from the original design of WPA production is transformed,so the production cycle is prolonged,the cleaning frequency and the labor intensity are reduced,and the recovery rate of fluorine is increased,the exhausted tail gas is in according with national standard and the working environment is improved.
