研究在高压条件下以磷酸一铵和缩合剂三聚氰胺为原料生产聚磷酸铵(APP)的合成工艺条件,制备了平均聚合度为580的聚磷酸铵(APP-Ⅱ)。结果表明,n(三聚氰胺)/n(磷酸一铵)=1、反应温度280℃、反应时间90 min、反应压力100 MPa、热处理温度250℃、热处理时间120 min、湿氨气反应气氛为制备结晶Ⅱ型高聚合度的聚磷酸铵阻燃剂的最佳工艺条件。合成的产品通过IR、XRD分析与商业APP-Ⅱ进行了对比,两者在结构与晶型上一致。
Abstract:The synthesis conditions of APP-Ⅱwith monoammonium phosphate and condensing agent melamine as the raw materials at high pressure is studied,the APP-Ⅱproduct with the average degree of polymerization of 580 is produced.The results show that the optimum polymerization conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate to melamine of 1,reaction temperature of 280 ℃,reaction time of 90 min,the reaction pressure of 100 MPa,the heat treatment temperature of 250 ℃,heat treatment time of 120 min,with the wet ammonia reaction atmosphere.The FT-IR and XRD spectra of synthesis product are compared with those of commercial APP-II.
