以鸡粪为粪源,以菌糠为富碳辅料,以添加常用复合菌剂为对照组,通过测定堆肥过程中的温度、水质量分数、pH、电导率,以及H2S、NH3、NH4+-N、NO3--N含量等指标,评价额外添加EM菌剂对堆肥腐熟度的影响和除臭保氮效果。结果表明:额外添加EM菌剂能够显著加快堆肥升温速度,温度>55℃持续时间增加了2 d;堆肥末期,添加EM菌剂的处理组pH稳定在7.0~7.5,电导率稳定在3.6~4.0 mS/cm,可以更快达到腐熟标准;添加EM菌剂处理组比对照组H2S的释放量降低;添加EM菌剂处理组总氮损失率为47.86%,低于对照组(63.05%)。以上结果表明,EM菌剂在鸡粪堆肥中能有效缩短发酵时间,减少臭气释放,有利于氮素保留。
Abstract:Using chicken manure as the manure source,bacterial bran as the carbon rich auxiliary material,adding commonly used composting agents as the control group,by determining the temperature,mass fraction of water,pH,conductivity,the content of H2S,NH3,NH4+-N,NO3--N,the effects of adding EM microbial agents on maturity of compost,the deodorization and nitrogen retention are evaluated.The results show that the addition of EM microbial agents significantly accelerate the heating rate of compost,and the duration of temperature higher than 55℃ period is increased by 2 days;At the end of composting,the pH of the group treated with EM microbial agent remains stable at 7.0-7.5,and the conductivity is stable at 3.6-4.0 mS/cm,which can reach the composting standard faster;The addition of EM microbial agent reduces the release amount of H2S compared to the control group;The total nitrogen loss rate of the additional EM bacterial agent is 47.86%,which is lower than that of the control group(63.05%).The above results indicate that EM microbial agents can effectively shorten fermentation time,reduce odor release,and facilitate nitrogen retention in chicken manure compost.
