为解决现有磷石膏制硫酸技术存在的问题,提出硫黄低温分解磷石膏制硫酸技术,并介绍其研究内容,总体技术路线,典型试验结果。提出硫黄低温分解磷石膏制硫酸技术的优势及推广特点。硫黄分解磷石膏制硫酸新途径,可降低磷石膏分解温度、提高烟气中二氧化硫含量,扩展磷石膏中钙资源利用范围,通过小试、中试及万吨级装置证明技术可行。
Abstract:The production technology of sulfuric acid by phosphogypsum decomposition with sulfur is putforward to solve the existing problems of sulfuric acid production process by phosphogypsum. The researchcontents, general technical route, and typical test results are introduced. The advantages and promotioncharacteristics of sulfuric acid production technology by phosphogypsum decomposition with sulfur are putforward. The new way of production sulfur acid by phosphorusypsum decomposition with sulfur, can reduce thedecomposition temperature of phosphogypsum,improve the concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas,extendthe utilization scope of calcium in phosphogypsum. The technology is proved to be feasibility after small test,pilot test and ten thousands ton device test.
