湿法磷酸生产副产半水石膏工艺研究

摘要:

对磷石膏资源化利用进行研究。采用磷酸浸取磷精矿粉制备的磷酸二氢钙酸浸液和硫酸为主要原料制备半水石膏。将酸浸液升温除杂,加入总钙质量5%的半水石膏作为晶种,再加入n(H_2SO4)/n(Ca2+)为0.9的硫酸,反应15 min,热过滤后用85℃以上热水洗涤石膏至pH不低于6,在105~110℃下干燥即可制得半水石膏。所得石膏直径10~30μm,长径比10~40,w(CaSO4·0.5H_2O)约99.3%,符合建筑石膏标准,可替代优质天然石膏来制备建筑石膏。

Abstract:

The resource utilization of phosphogypsum is studied. Using acidic leaching solution of monocalciumphosphate from phosphoric acid leaching phosphate concentrate ore, and sulfuric acid as principal raw material,the semi-hydrated gypsum is prepared through heating and purificating acidic leaching solution, adding 5% oftotal amount of calcium as seed crystal, dropping sulfuric acid by 0.9 times of the mole ratio, reaction time of 15 min, washing gypsum to pH not less than 6 by using above 85 ℃ hot water after hot filtration, then drying under105~110 ℃. The diameter of semi-hydrated gypsum is 10~30 μm, the ratio of length and diameter is 10~40,the mass fraction of semi-hydrated gypsum is about 99.3%, according with building gypsum standard, caninstead of high-quality natural gypsum to the preparation of building gypsum.
