湿法磷酸制取饲料添加剂磷酸二氢钙的关键是湿法磷酸的脱氟。研究单一铝离子、铁离子、钙离子、镁离子及其多种杂质并存时对磷酸浓缩脱氟的影响,得出:在P2O5浓度较低时,单一杂质与多种杂质并存时的脱氟效果差别不大;w(P2O5)高于40%后,杂质种类及含量不同,脱氟效果差异明显,但当w(P2O5)大于58%以后,脱氟磷酸中m(P2O5)/m(F)均能超过230,达到制取饲料磷酸二氢钙要求。
Abstract:Defluorination of WPA is the key for the feed-grade monocalcium phosphate production from WPA.Effects of single Al3+,Fe3+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and their coexistence on the defluorination are studied.The results show:in the low P2O5 concentration,defluorination effect is no obviously different;when w(P2O5) is more than 40%,defluorination rates are obviously different between single impurity and multiple coexistence impurities;when w(P2O5)is more than 58%,all m(P2O5)/ m(F)of WPA are more than 230,satisfying the requirement of feed-grade monocalcium phosphate production.
